Submission procedure
To publish an article in "Bulletin of Uman National University", it is necessary to take such steps:
1. Fill in an application at the link.
2. Send the following to visnyk.unaus@gmail.com:
- an article formatted in accordance with the specified requirements;
- a photo of the author(s), in .jpg image format, digital or scanned at least 300 dpi, good quality, informal, no less than 800 KB, 10×12 cm in size;
Authors send articles and accompanying materials only in electronic form to the editorial office's email on the journal's website. The file name will be the first author's surname in Ukrainian.
After submitting the manuscript to the editorial office, no changes to the authorship of the article are allowed.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is considered the date of its receipt by the editorial office. In the event of receipt of a manuscript that does not meet the established requirements, the editorial office reserves the right not to consider such material, and will notify the authors.
No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.
Submission deadlines:
To publish an article in "Bulletin of Uman National University" No. 2'2026, manuscripts must be submitted until September 14, 2026.
The journal does not charge a submission fee. The publication fee is charged only after an article has been accepted for publication and has no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decisions.
Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.
The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.
After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.
The publication fee is UAH 1600 (up to 10 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and publication of the article.
The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.
Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.
The electronic version of the journal will be posted on the website after November 16, 2026.
The printed version of the journal will be sent to the authors who order it after December 15, 2026.
